Covers your loss of revenue or the depreciation of your financial interest in the premises following the withdrawal of the certificate or licence including Wedding licences or Premises licences.
Public/ Products Liability Insurance If someone is accidentally injured on your premises, or if their property is accidentally damaged due to your business’ activities or because of the products you supplied, your business could be responsible by law. Public liability insurance can protect your business against claims to cover damages and legal costs that people may make against your business.
Employers’ liability is a legal requirement under the Employers’ Liability Act 1969. It’s there to protect your employees if they get injured or become ill as a result of working for your business. It covers the damages, compensation costs and legal fees that a current or ex-employee is entitled to as a result of illness or injury which may have been caused while working for your business.
Hirers Liability provides protection to third party hirers who may hire out your premises for events
Professional Indemnity is a form of liability insurance that covers your legal liabilities in the event of a third party taking legal action against you, claiming to have suffered a loss as a result of advice that you have given in a professional capacity.
Directors and Officers Liability covers the cost of compensation claims against the Directors and Key Managers (officers) of the business for alleged wrongful acts.
Trustees and Management Liability covers trustees from having to personally pay legal claims that are made against them (by their charity or by a third party), for a breach of trust, or a breach of duty or negligence committed by them in their capacity as trustees

Cover for damage to the organisation’s reputation including
Legal Expenses to cover legal costs and expenses including solicitors’ and barristers’ fees, court costs, expenses for expert witnesses, employment compensation awards for a wide range of legal issues.

The cover needs to be flexible with the ability to increase limits before and after a fund-raising event for example. It should also look to cover losses due to the dishonesty of directors, trustees and employees.
